The owners of this stunning contemporary home located in Barwon Head Victoria, have gone very bold in their colour choices, particularly in their use of black throughout.
The black painted timber exterior certainly gives a strong feel to the home. Im really loving this look!
You then walk in to see gorgeous polished concrete flooring (one of my favourite flooring types!) , and grey block walls for a strong solid backdrop to the energetic and colourful interior selection.
Another unique feature of this home is the black
ceilings. Its certainly not something
many would consider (myself included!) but it works so well in this home,
especially with the pop of artowrk by Clare
O’donoghue.
The kitchen island bench
was made from stacked rough-sawn cypress timber, a clever way to recycle
un-used materials.
What do you think of the colour pallet used in this home?
