Timber or concrete?

Are you a fan of timber? or a fan of concrete?

How about both?
Carpenter, builder, tinkerer and inventor Oliver MacLatchy, has created these beautiful contemporary designed handcrafted timber and concrete fittings for your bathroom.

Each individual timber spout is designed and made by hand in Oliver’s workshop in Melbourne.  All the timber pieces are from reclaimed 80 year old blackbutt timber and is put through a 12 step process including de-nailing, sanding and waxing to produce an individual timber spout, ensuring each finished timber spout is unique in aesthetic and character but uniform in levels of exceptional craftsmanship and quality.

Oliver  officially launched Wood Melbourne in February this year and if you live in Victoria you can visit his showroom to see his work at 146 Melville Rd, West Brunswick.

He has created some very clever and unique items

What do you think? Its great to see more natural products out there especially made from reclaimed timber.
